  • We do not bring water to complete the job. We have a tank that we connect to a hose bib most of the time. Before your appointment, please make sure that we can access the hose bib and that the water supply is working.

  • We pressure wash with low pressure and high volume. We also use a detergent on most surfaces.

  • Detergent can harm plants. However, we take steps to protect plant life before we begin cleaning and have been very successful in avoiding this. Other companies may skip these steps, finishing the job faster but without protecting the surroundings.

  • It depends on the size of the project, and we always aim for quality over speed. However, we’ve invested in the best available equipment, so most jobs are finished in under 4 hours.

  • No, you do not need to be home. We use digital tools for our records. Please make sure that we have access to a water supply and that the area(s) to be cleaned is accessible.

  • We accept all major forms of payment.

For virtual payment options, you will receive an email with a link to submit payment after the job is finished and you are 100% satisfied.

  • Yes, we carry a large liability insurance policy to protect our customers and to qualify to work with large corporations.

  • It’s worth noting that we cannot guarantee that softwashing will remove artillery fungus. This common fungus sticks very firmly to surfaces. Because of its adhesion properties, it can be difficult to remove completely, but we’re happy to have a look should you suspect this fungus on your property’s exterior.
